This Privacy Policy explains how Sober MP3 Player (the “App”) handles data. The App is designed as a local/offline music player. You can use core features without creating an account, and we do not upload your personal information or audio files to our own servers.
1. Information We Collect
No account required. You do not need to register or provide personal information such as name, email address, or phone number to use the App.
No server-side collection by us. Core operations (import, library management, playback, and local statistics generation) are performed on your device.
2. Data Processed and Stored Locally on Your Device
To provide core functionality, the App may store data inside the app sandbox on your device. This may include:

Application Support/Tracks). - Library catalog data, playlists, and app settings stored locally.
- Playback count/statistics data used for features such as “My Top Plays” and related snapshots.
Based on current implementation, a track play count can increase when listening reaches approximately 90% of track duration.
This local app data is removed when the App is uninstalled from the device, subject to your device/OS backup or restore behavior.
3. Device Permissions and File Access
The App uses the system file picker so you can select audio files to import. The App accesses files you explicitly choose and does not intentionally upload unrelated files.
4. Third-Party Services
The App currently does not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking/analytics SDKs to collect your data.
The App may open external pages (such as Website, Privacy Policy, Terms) when you tap those links. Once you open an external site, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through in-app account registration or server-side data collection.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page.

2. 기기 내 로컬 처리 및 저장 데이터
앱의 핵심 기능 제공을 위해, 앱은 기기 내 앱 샌드박스에 데이터를 저장할 수 있으며, 예시는 아래와 같습니다.

위 로컬 앱 데이터는 기기에서 앱을 삭제하면 제거되며, 기기/OS의 백업·복원 정책에 따라 예외가 있을 수 있습니다.
3. 기기 권한 및 파일 접근
앱은 사용자가 오디오 파일을 선택해 가져올 수 있도록 시스템 파일 선택기를 사용합니다. 앱은 사용자가 명시적으로 선택한 파일에 접근하며, 관련 없는 파일을 의도적으로 업로드하지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 서비스
현재 앱은 광고 SDK 또는 행동 추적/분석 SDK를 통해 사용자 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.
다만 앱 내 링크(웹사이트, 개인정보처리방침, 이용약관 등)를 사용자가 누르면 외부 웹페이지가 열릴 수 있으며, 해당 웹사이트에는 해당 웹사이트의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 또한 앱 내 계정 가입이나 당사 서버 수집 방식으로 아동 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
